I have an old friend from high school who recently moved to Seattle and started working for a new Internet company, dwellable.com, a website that posts rental opportunities in vacation destinations. While I was in Maui she was doing some research on people writing blogs about traveling and happened upon The Hip Mothership. She asked me if I would write some informative blogs on Maui and she would post it on dwellable.com.
So, if you were wondering why my last two posts were so detailed and informative about my vacation, it is because I received this out-of-the-blue fun opportunity to get exposure for my writing and my blog.
So, check it out! You can find my blog linked in a several different places on dwellable.com, but here are just a few links. When you get on to the website, scroll down to the bottom where you will see the BLOG POSTS heading.
By the way, my ultimate dream job is to be a travel writer, writing about the places I’ve visited. This travel writing gig makes me giddy with excitement, even if I didn’t get paid to write it.
Have MacAir and suitcase, will travel and write!
Until next time, the mothership is signing off.
